o    Have a history together.  A foundation you don’t have to be married
      but be comfortable with each other.

o    Be stable. This isn’t a fit for a broken relationship.

o    Be mindful of each other emotional needs.

o    Both should be comfortable with the idea of swinging.

o    Your relationship comes first. Swinging should not be place ahead of your partner.
